Biography

Dr. Noralyn Pickens is Professor and Associate Director of the School of Occupational Therapy - Dallas Center. Dr. Pickens teaches in the MOT, OTD, and PhD programs. She is an Affiliate Scientist with the R2D2 Center at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and serves as current Editor of the AOTA Productive Aging Special Interest Section Quarterly. Dr. Pickens' research addresses assessment and intervention to facilitate aging-in-place, professional reasoning, with additional research and mentoring in occupational therapy in end-of-life care.
