Join us for a pre-recorded Dance Fitness class taught by one of TWU Fit and Rec's Group Exercise Instructors. The video will be posted to TWU Fit and Rec’s Facebook page at 4PM and you can follow along at any time, at your own pace and in the comfort of your own home!
Dance fitness is a class that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. These routines are a fun way to incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms, to help improve cardiovascular fitness. This class is designed for beginner to intermediate students, and moves are modified to best suit your fitness level.
