Join us for a pre-recorded Pilates class taught by one of TWU Fit and Rec's Group Exercise Instructors. The video will be posted at 4PM and you can follow along at any time, at your own pace and in the comfort of your own home!
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercises promoting active flexibility, muscular strength and endurance that emphasize proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
