28th Annual TWU Science Fair

The TWU Science Fair is presented by the College of Arts and Sciences and the Chemistry and Biology departments. The Science Fair provides a venue for showcasing young talent, hard work, creativity, and achievement in the scientific field. Students receive valuable feedback on their science projects and compete within their grades and age groups for trophy prizes. All students are awarded ribbons for their efforts.

  • All students in public, private, parochial, and home schools grades K-8 are encouraged to enter
  • Entry fee is $10 per student
  • 1st and 2nd place trophies per grades K-8 for “Best in Grade” will be
  • awarded
  • One individual project per division will be chosen for “Best in Class” 1 Lower Elementary Division (K-3), 1 Upper Elementary Division (4-6), and 1 Junior Division (7-8)
  • One group project will be chosen for “Best Group” Division - 1 Lower Elementary Division (K-3) and 1 Upper Elementary Division (4-6)
  • Each student will receive a ribbon placing their project as Outstanding, Excellent, Commendable, or Honorable Mention
