Join a member from the Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) team for some quick tips on how to maintain your mental and emotional well-being during isolation/quarantine. The program will conclude with the chance to engage in an interactive/experiential mindfulness activity that will help you connect to the present moment and gain awareness of your body and mind.
